Stephanie Brown, LCSW has many years of diverse experience in mental health. She is part of the collaborative care model working directly with physicians.
Stephanie sees patients of all ages, but specializes in adolescents through middle age adults. She uses an eclectic blend of therapeutic techniques including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to promote overall wellness. She embraces utilizing one’s culture and empowering vulnerable populations, a passion that has been strengthened through her travel.
Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree in social work from Texas A&M - Commerce and her master's degree in social work from University of Texas in Arlington.
Michael Charme, MD is a board certified OB/GYN working with all aspects of medical care for women from their teenage years through menopause. He has a special interest in providing personalized care for women throughout pregnancy. He also provides complete general gynecologic care, including surgery.
In his free time, Dr. Charme enjoys photography, running, reading, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Karen Galvan, MD is a general surgeon whose practice includes laparoscopic procedures, breast surgery, upper and lower endoscopies, wound care, skin biopsies, and excisions. She welcomes questions from referring practitioners and is dedicated to providing excellent surgical care to her patients in partnership with their primary care providers.
Dr. Galvan is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.
Cody Heiner, MD, MPH, FACOEM is the site medical director of St. Luke's Occupational Health and is board certified in occupational and environmental medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Dr. Heiner is also a certified medical review officer and provides comprehensive health-related services for employers and employees, including work injury medical care, drug and alcohol testing, employee physicals, disability evaluations, impairment ratings, and immunizations.
In addition to his medical education, Dr. Heiner earned his masters' degree in public health from the University of Iowa College of Public Health.
Joseph Hoskin, PA-C enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Joseph has had a passion for helping people from the time he was young, and worked to make that one of his life's goals. He earned his paramedic degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho, and worked as a paramedic in Oklahoma City. He graduated the University of Pittsburgh with his physician assistant degree.
Mary Kaye Jenks, NP-C is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in family medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Boise State University and her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from Idaho State University. Mary Kaye’s primary focus is occupational health and wellness with additional time spent supporting family practice. She is a licensed medical examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to complete Division of Transportation physical exams.
Her previous experience includes 28 years as a registered nurse at St. Luke’s Boise in cardiac, emergency medicine, and cancer. She was honored to serve our veterans for over a year as a cancer care navigator nurse practitioner at the Boise VA Medical Center.
Jamie Knapp, PA-C is a certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Jamie earned her bachelor's degree in health science from Boise State University, and her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Jefferson College of Health Sciences. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and the outdoors.
Dave Landis, PA-C brings over 20 years of experience to St. Luke’s Occupational Health. Before coming to St. Luke’s Occupational Health in 2013 he practiced in adult medicine, urgent care and dermatology. Dave graduated from the University of Washington’s physician assistant program in 1995 and served in the Idaho National Guard for almost 10 years.
Jill Moughamian, PNP has clinical interests in plant-based nutrition and wellness and best practices for treating sick children.
Jill earned her master's degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama and is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. In her free time, she enjoys reading and the outdoors.
Michelle M. Pehrson, FNP is a nurse practitioner at St. Luke's Clinic–Internal Medicine: Mountain Home. She enjoys working with patients of every age and background, and has a passion for providing compassionate and comprehensive care.
Michelle was raised in a family with a medical background and always knew she would be in health care. She earned bachelor's degrees in microbiology from the University of Idaho and in nursing from Idaho State University. She earned her master's degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner from Idaho State University.
Hala Rafla, PA-C joined St. Luke’s Occupational Health in 2011. Prior to joining St. Luke’s she worked for the Department of Health and Welfare focusing on immunizations. She studied medicine and surgery overseas where she worked in women’s health and urgent care. Hala holds a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University as well as a master in health sciences from Boise State University.
Whitney Roberts, PA-C works with patients to help them realize and attain healthier lives. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health science studies with a business minor from Boise State University and her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University.
Justin Smith, MD is a family physician with a special interest in obstetrics. He enjoys taking care of mothers throughout their pregnancies as well as continuing to see babies after delivery.
Dr. Smith also practices every aspect of family medicine including wellness visits, care of chronic diseases, acute medical problems, long-term birth control via IUD and Nexplanon, and minor skin surgeries.
Dr. Smith strives to provide research-driven, personalized, hometown care to the women of Mountain Home and the Mountain Home Air Force Base.
Michael B. Taylor, MD treats all aspects of adult urology, including kidney stones, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, and urinary incontinence. He has a special interest in benign prostatic hyperplasia, where he has specialized training in greenlight photovaporization, Rezum™, and the UroLift® procedures as alternatives to drugs or more invasive therapies.
Dr. Taylor received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University where he graduated summa cum laude. He then went to medical school at the University of California, Irvine where he was elected part of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his urology residency at the University of Utah. Dr. Taylor is a member of the American Urologic Association and is medical director of the St. Luke's Meridian operating room.
Todd Waldmann, MD specializes in the treatment of prostate cancer, kidney stones, kidney cancer, enlarged prostate (BPH), and erectile dysfunction. He performs robotic assisted prostatectomy, robotic and laparoscopic kidney surgeries, vasectomy, BPH surgery, and kidney stone procedures. Dr. Waldmann treats men, women, and children.
Dr. Waldmann is a founding partner and currently serves as president of Idaho Urologic Institute. He is a member of the American Urologic Association, the Ada County Medical Society, and the Idaho Medical Association, as well as a diplomate of the American Board of Urology.
Dr. Waldmann earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Notre Dame. He is married and enjoys running, skiing, backpacking, travel, and (thanks to his children) is a budding soccer enthusiast.
Anna L. Zobell, NP is a family nurse practitioner at St. Luke's Clinic - Trinity Mountain Medical. She enjoys taking the time to educate her patients and improve their health.
Anna earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Ricks College and her master's degree in public health from Brigham Young University. She completed her second master's degree at Idaho State University to become a nurse practitioner. In her free time, Anna enjoys the outdoors, exploring new places, and her family.
